Announcement on Abnormal Fluctuations of the Stock Exchange

As of March 1, 2011, growth deviation rate of the closing prices of the Company’s stocks for the three continuous transaction days has accumulatively exceeded 20%. According to the relevant regulations of SSE, it belongs to abnormal fluctuations of stock exchange.

Via consulting with the major shareholders and actual controller, the Company does not have any major information that has to be disclosed but has not yet been disclosed.

Confirmed by the Board of directors, the Company neither has any events that have to be disclosed but haven not yet been disclosed during the last three months, nor has plans, consultations, intentions or agreements that related to these events according to the relevant provisions contained in the Stock Listing Rules of SSE; the Board has not learned that the Company has any information that has to be disclosed but has not yet been disclosed, or information that made great impacts on the transaction price of the stocks and their derived varieties according to the relevant provisions contained in the Stock Listing Rules of SSE.
